All transactions processed on the RMICC.org Online Payment system are eligible for a refund if the payee would like to cancel a payment. For a full refund, payee must request cancellation at least 48hrs before event. Any request received within 48hrs of the event are subject to a Processing charge that varies with each event. Request must be submitted or confirmed via writing/email. Please contact office for full details. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund. We do not issue refunds more than 30days old.
